2. Are your toys safe for my child?
Absolutely. Safety is our top priority at The Busy Baby EG.
All our toys:

✅ Use non-toxic, water-based finishes — VOC-free and baby-safe
✅ Feature rounded edges and smooth sanded surfaces — no sharp corners
✅ Have sturdy, tip-resistant construction
✅ Meet or exceed international safety standards for children's toys
For personalized items, all engraving is done on safe surfaces away from little mouths. For walkers and ride-ons, we use child-safe wheels and secure hardware.
3. Do you offer personalization? How does it work?
Yes! We offer FREE personalization on many of our products:

Name engraving on walkers, busy boards, and rockers
Custom color selection (any color available!)
Custom activity configuration (Busy House, Busy Box — choose up to 11 items)
How it works:

During checkout, enter the personalization details in the designated field
Double-check your spelling — personalized items cannot be returned unless we make an error
We'll hand-engrave or hand-paint your custom order
Production takes 5–7 business days for personalized items

Personalized items: 5–7 business days

Shipping time (within Egypt):
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
Local Pickup (Cairo): By appointment (free)
You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
7. Do you ship outside of Egypt?
Currently, we primarily ship within Egypt. However, we do consider international shipping on a case-by-case basis.
